Why is there a change and a new name?
We want to clarify our message and better reflect our mission. Doctolib Connect expresses our commitment to supporting real-time collaboration among care teams.

When will the change take place?
The new identity will be rolled out on 5 November 2025. You will see our new logo and visual identity on your app and communication materials.

What exactly is changing?

  • Doctolib Siilo is becoming Doctolib Connect. The new name and visual identity will gradually appear in the app and on our communication materials such as emails and notifications.
  • On your phone, the app name will update automatically: Doctolib Siilo will become Doctolib Connect.
  • No action is required on your part. The app remains installed, your contacts and conversations are preserved and everything works as before.

📌 Please note: when searching for the app, type Doctolib Connect rather than Siilo.

How can I find the app on my phone after the change?

  • To find the app, search for Doctolib Connect in app stores (Apple Store or Play Store) or on your device. For a short period, it will still be possible to find the app by searching for Siilo’ but this option will soon disappear.
  • We therefore recommend using Doctolib Connect to search for the app.

Do I need to do anything?
No, nothing changes for you. You can continue to use the app as usual.

Will I still have access to my data and groups?
Yes, all contacts, chats, groups and files remain unchanged.

Is the app still GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU?
Yes, our commitments regarding confidentiality, security and data hosting remain exactly the same.

Will any features change?
No, no features are removed. You will continue to benefit from all the tools you already use including secure messaging, audio and video calls, group and patient case creation, access to the Doctolib Connect medical directory and much more to support your daily coordination.

Will I be linked to other Doctolib product solutions?
No, Doctolib Connect messaging works independently in your case. You are therefore not linked to any other Doctolib solutions.

Will the URLs change?
Yes, the URLs have changed to reflect the new Doctolib Connect identity. However, there are automatic redirects in place so you will not be impacted. Your links will continue to work normally.

Will pricing change?
No, no pricing changes are planned at this time.

Who can I contact for assistance?
Please contact us via the support options within your app or reach out to your usual Doctolib Connect contact.
