Name of the Cookie: Registration (Doctolib)

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie is used to keep track of the user’s progress in the registration flow, allow continuation of the flow at a later moment and to secure the Doctolib Platform.
  • Retention period: Until registration flow is completed

Name of the Cookie: Account id and keys (Doctolib)

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie is used to identify and authenticate the user. The keys are used to end-to-end encrypt the messages exchanged by the users on the Doctolib Platform.
  • Retention period: Until the user uninstalls the application

Name of the Cookie: Persistent settings (Doctolib)

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie is used to store information regarding the user’s preferences (e.g. conversations storage, Cookie preferences).
  • Retention period: Until the user uninstalls the application.

Name of the Cookie: Notification & contact list permissions (Doctolib)

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie is used to store information regarding the user’s preferences on push notifications and contact list building.
  • Retention period: Until the user uninstalls the application

Name of the Cookie: Encrypted pincode (Doctolib)

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie is used to validate the user’s access to the Doctolib Platform.
  • Retention period: Until the user uninstalls the application

Audience measurement Cookies

Doctolib uses analytical Cookies to track the number of visits, user/​visitor activity on the Doctolib Platform, and for analysis and statistical purposes.

These Cookies are used for the purposes outlined below when the user/​visitor accepts the Analytical Cookies purpose.

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie tracks crashes in the Doctolib Platform and helps improve its performance (debugging).

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie tracks the visits on the Doctolib Platform and helps ensure its stability, security, and efficiency as well as optimizing the user experience.
  • Retention period: Data collected: 36 months

Ads measurement Cookies

Doctolib uses Cookies to measure the audience and analyse the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns on third-party sites.

These Cookies are used for the purposes outlined below when the user/​visitor accepts the Ads measurement Cookies purpose.

Name of the cookie: Advertising Campaign Measurement

  • Detailed description of the purpose: This Cookie allows linking certain actions of the user on the Doctolib Platform (including, installs and in-app events) to a Doctolib advertising campaign on a third-party site to measure the performance of these campaigns.
  • Retention period: Data retention: 13 months.

Sharing Your Device Use with Others

If your device is used by more than one person, we cannot be certain that the services provided to your device are consistent with your use of that device and not with the use of another user of that device.

The sharing with other people of the use of your terminal and the configuration of the parameters with regard to the Cookies, are of your free choice and solely your responsibility.
